About Apple The Exchange TRX (Genius Bar)
Malaysia's only Apple Store opened at The Exchange TRX in June 2024. Its Genius Bar handles iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch problems, from screen replacements and battery service to Apple Account recovery, using genuine parts. Book an appointment through the Apple Support app or apple.com/my before you go; walk-ins are seen when slots allow.
The store's phone line is 1800 88 0384. Simple screen and battery jobs can often be done the same day if the part is in stock; anything else may be sent away for several days. The mall connects to the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) MRT station on the Kajang and Putrajaya lines.
