Pavilion KL is the flagship mall of Bukit Bintang, with more than 700 stores over seven retail floors plus the ten-floor Pavilion Elite wing. It is the best single stop for luxury and international brands: Couture Pavilion on Levels 2 and 3 holds houses such as Chanel, Hermès, Cartier and Louis Vuitton, while Fashion Avenue covers high-street labels. Tokyo Street on Level 6 is a Japanese-themed precinct, and the Dining Loft on Level 7 has sit-down restaurants.

For a cheap meal, the Gourmet Emporium on Level 1 is anchored by the Food Republic food court. TGV runs the cinema. International visitors can sign up for a free Tourist Privilege Card at the Fashion Avenue concierge (Level 2) or Main Concierge (Level 3) by showing a passport, which gives discounts or gifts at participating stores.

Pavilion KL–Bukit Bintang MRT station and Bukit Bintang monorail station are a few minutes away on foot, and a covered, air-conditioned elevated walkway of about 1 km links Pavilion with the KL Convention Centre and Suria KLCC. There are about 2,600 basement parking bays.
