About Four Beans Mount Austin
Four Beans is a Taiwanese-style soy dessert chain with about nine outlets around JB; the Mount Austin branch is the one most food guides send visitors to. The World of Taro soy beancurd (RM16+) comes with taro, soft beancurd, brown sugar and soya milk on the side, and black sesame shaved ice with taro balls and red bean starts from RM12+.
It opens in the afternoon and stays open until 10.30 or 11 pm, so it suits a dessert after dinner on the Mount Austin food streets. It is halal-certified.
