Chef Darren Teoh uses indigenous ingredients I had never seen before โ stingless-bee honey, wild ferns, fermented tapioca. Each of the 12 courses surprised us. The view from the 48th floor of Naza Tower adds to the occasion. RM750 per person with juice pairing.
