About AEON Mall Kinta City
AEON Mall Kinta City, formerly known as Jusco Kinta City, is in the north-east of Ipoh and has been a local shopping landmark for almost 30 years. The AEON department store anchors it, with a TGV cinema, a bowling alley, a POPULAR bookstore and a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Parking is often full at weekends.
In February 2026 the mall's landlord, KIP REIT, announced a RM160 million expansion that would add about 27 per cent more leasable space, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
