Soon Seng is in the older Kawasan 17 area close to the Klang river, not in Taman Intan with the other shops. An August 2026 guide lists it as open 8:30 am to 8 pm, with a bowl at RM20 to RM25, and a 3:30 pm close on Tuesdays.
The same guide puts it within a 10-minute walk of Jalan Meru LRT station on the Shah Alam line, the best choice here if you are coming by train.
