About Makan Kitchen
Makan Kitchen is the all-day dining restaurant of the DoubleTree by Hilton in the city centre, best known for its buffets. A 2026 Eatbook buffet guide names it one of the first hotel buffets people find in JB, with dishes such as a golden-crusted Wellington, a DIY salad bowl and short ribs on the weekend high tea spread.
