About Teluk Kemang Beach, Port Dickson
Distance from KL: about 100 km south, roughly 1 hour 30 minutes by car via the NorthโSouth Expressway and the SerembanโPort Dickson Highway. Public transport: buses from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) to Port Dickson bus terminal take up to 2 hours; from there a Grab or taxi to Teluk Kemang takes about 15 minutes.
Teluk Kemang is the largest and busiest beach in Port Dickson and the easiest beach day from Kuala Lumpur. The sand is lined with casuarina trees, food stalls, small shops and water-sports operators renting banana boats, jet skis and kayaks, and the water is generally calm enough for a swim. There is a large car park, but it fills at weekends and on public holidays, so arrive before 10 am or come on a weekday.
