Tong Sui Kai means "dessert street" in Cantonese. It is a lane of nearly 50 open-air stalls on Jalan Carey, behind Sam Tet school, that open in the evening, known for mixed-fruit ais kacang, char siew curry mee, wan tan mee and rojak. Reviewers describe the setting as basic, with plastic stools and limited facilities.
