About Teluk Kemang Beach
Teluk Kemang is the main public beach of Port Dickson, in Negeri Sembilan, with a main square facing the sea and rows of beach umbrellas along the sand. Water-skiing, canoeing and windsurfing are offered along the Port Dickson coast; ask at the beach or your hotel.
It is a lively, crowded beach on weekends and school holidays; for a calmer patch of sand, Sri Purnama Beach is just to the south. The water is fine for a family swim in calm weather, but it is still the Strait of Malacca, so do not expect the clear water of the east-coast islands.
