About Hiritsu Coffee Roastery
Hiritsu is a calm roastery cafe with a hand-brew bar where you can watch the baristas grind, bloom and pour each cup. The signature Shaddock Gathered Coffee (RM18+) is cold brew with tonic and pomelo under a cream cap, and Running Peach (RM18+) mixes cold brew, tonic, lime, peach and ginger flower.
Desserts include a croffle with vanilla ice cream (RM20+) and a matcha financier with a molten centre (RM15+). It opens at 9 am every day and is about 15 minutes' drive from the customs. It is not halal-certified.
