Nasi Ganja is the best-known nasi kandar in Ipoh. The stall, inside Yong Suan coffee shop, has been run by an Indian Muslim family since 1957 and is famous for sweet and spicy red fried chicken (ayam merah) piled on rice with mixed curry gravy.
