About Shelby Bar & Bistro
Shelby is the clearest example of an Ipoh late-night venue with DJs. It took over the former History Bistro shophouse on Jalan Lau Ek Ching and, according to the Ipoh Echo (14 November 2025), runs DJ sets and local live bands, with a pool table, draught beer and classic cocktails.
The owner is DJ Logen, who said themed nights and guest DJs were planned for November and December 2025. Phone for bookings: 014-900096. Hours and cover charges were not fully published, so check the venue's Instagram (shelbybar.ipoh) for the night you plan to go.
